2. What personal data we process
- Identification & contact data: name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, address, email, phone.
- Immigration case data: passport and visa details, employment information, family status, education and any documents you provide for your application.
- Communication data: messages, call notes and correspondence with authorities on your behalf.
- Billing data: invoicing details and payment records.
- Website data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Settings).

4. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only with parties strictly necessary to deliver our services or to comply with the law:
- Czech and foreign immigration authorities, embassies and ministries.
- Sworn translators, notaries, insurance providers and couriers, where required for your case.
- IT service providers (hosting, email, document storage) bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
- Our accountants and external legal counsel, where necessary.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA unless adequate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V are in place.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Have your data erased where the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR are met.
- Restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Data portability for data you have provided to us.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure, including access controls, encryption in transit, secured document storage and confidentiality obligations for staff and contractors.
